GRIEVE WELL

Get Intentional

Plug into a healing workshop that meets you where you are, and guides you where you need to go.

When grief is felt differently from person-to-person, and feels impossible to put into words or healthy healing, and can feel traumatic, deeply-personal, and sometimes isolating, how do we address it?

It starts with a profound and radical perspective shift. Instead of running away from grief we must compassionately and gracefully embrace it.

It’s only natural to try to flee from grief. But it’s not going anywhere until it’s given proper attention.

Embracing a whole body, mind, soul approach to walking through grief can allow a person to heal at a more rapid, higher, truer level than if only one piece were being addressed. It also fosters a finer awareness of how one part of grieving may be contributing to another area of the triad, i.e. a new disease symptom that may otherwise seem idiopathic to a physician who is unaware of the patient’s grief.

Grieve Well allows you to explore your intimate, personal grief journey, whether fresh & raw, or years in the making, while learning healing techniques to springboard you into more healing exploration.

The small, compassionate setting of Grieve Well events offer each person the safe space to connect with your unique grief journey, learn about aspects of your personal physical, mental, and spiritual health during grief that are not commonly discussed but crucial to well-being, and gain empowerment and insight into your journey forward.

In our time together, we explore:

  • nervous-system-regulating meditative and spiritual practices

  • calming diaphragmatic breathing

  • soul-centering movement

  • compassionate community connection, and more.

You are invited to embrace a self-loving walk alongside your grief, and the Grieve Well event equips you with the reflective and courageous mindset, science-backed knowledge, and practical actions needed to truly step into healing the full scope of your mind, body, and soul. Tenderly, lovingly, courageously.

Its time to inhale peace and live as one truly grieving well.
