Green Goddess Dressing
1 cup coconut yogurt
1/4 cup mayo, (vegan mayo if needed)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1/4 cup each fresh cilantro, basil, green onion (white and green parts)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
Blend in food processor.
Eat with chopped veggies, on salad, on fish or chicken, roasted veggies, grain bowls.
