Green Goddess Hummus

Ingredients

1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

1/4 cup tahini

Juice of 1 small/medium lemon, or 2-3 tbsp for preferred taste

2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

1/4 cup packed fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup packed fresh basil, chopped

1/4 cup packed fresh parsley, chopped

2 tbsp green onion, sliced, white and green parts

1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt, or to taste


Directions

Add all ingredients to a food processor and roughly blend. With processor running, drizzle in cold water until creamy and reaches desired consistency. Scrape into a bowl, and garnish with drizzle of olive oil, sesame seeds, and fresh herbs. Serve immediately, or chill and serve. Will keep in fridge for up to one week.
