Sesame Green Beans with Toasted Almonds

This scrumptious recipe comes compliments of my sister, Mandy. We are both obsessed with recipe creation, and this one is truly the perfect side to anything. Toasty, salty, and full of vibrant vitamins!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp toasted sesame oil

1/2 cup sliced almonds

1 garlic clove, minced

1 lb green beans, steamed or par-boiled

Salt to taste


Directions

In a large skillet, heat sesame oil. Add almonds and cook over medium heat until fragrant and starting to toast slightly. Add garlic and cook another minute. Add cooked green beans, toss to coat, and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Salt to taste, and serve.
